Registering for a Youth House Team as a Free Agent

Want to play indoor soccer, but don’t have a team? Arena Sports has House Teams available for you to join! If we get enough players to form a full team, we will create a House Team, and get you filled in on all the details with an orientation before your first match! Otherwise, we will try and get you placed with one of our private youth teams who may need an extra player or two. Follow this easy process to help get signed up!

  1. To join an Arena Sports Youth League House Team, you must create a Daysmart Recreation Account. Please remember to add all participating family members when registering.
  2. After you have successfully logged in, click “Register” at the top. Choose the child you would like to register. If you don’t see your child, click “Add New Child”.
  3. Click “Teams or Leagues” followed by “Join a Team”
  4. Select Your Location
  5. In the “Skill Level” filter select “Free Agent/House Team” to see the available teams.
  6. You should now see a Boys and Girls free-agent roster. Click “Register” under the appropriate team, and answer the prompts. Click “check-out” to complete registration.
  7. Now it’s time to recruit some of your child’s friends to play! House teams won’t form without a minimum of 10 players of similar age and skill level rostered, so let’s fill out that team.
  8. There may be a waiting period while we sign up other individuals so we can form a full team. One of our Youth League coordinators will follow up with you and keep you posted on team player count.
  9. Oftentimes, House teams have a bye the first week if the roster is still not at 10 players.
  10. Assuming your House team forms, you’ll be invited to an orientation session where your child will meet the team, choose a team name, learn the rules and get their free Arena Sports team jersey.

Youth League teams are coached by parent volunteers. Before or during the orientation meeting, we will need a parent to step up to coach. If you are interested in coaching, please reach out to the Youth League Coordinator at your Arena Sports location.

Youth League Team Registration

Are you starting your own new youth league soccer team? We’ve made it easy for you! Just follow the straightforward steps below to get going.

Once the team is created, you will be assigned as the Manager for this team. When you login to your Daysmart Dashboard, you will see this team in the menu and can click the “manage team” button to invite your players to join as well as message the team through our messaging system.

    1. click “Register” in the left-hand menu.
    2. Select the “Are you a team manager?” box.
    3. Select yourself in the “Who are you registering?” drop down.
  3. Select your location.
  4. Select Youth Leagues.
  5. Choose the appropriate gender for your team.
  6. You should now see a list of boys and girls divisions. Scroll until you find the correct division and click “view” to start the team creation process.

  9. If you have a child playing on this team, you will need to complete the registration process to add them onto this new team and pay their registration fee.
  10. As noted above, once the team is created, you will be assigned as the Manager for this team. When you login to your Daysmart Dashboard you will see this team in the menu and can click the “manage team” button to invite your players to join as well as message the team through our messaging system.

To re-enter a team from a previous season, please email your Youth League program manager to have them export your roster into the new season. (Redmond & Issaquah: [email protected], Magnuson & SODO: [email protected], Mill Creek: [email protected])
