Adult Leagues at Arena Sports Issaquah

Winter II starts the week of January 6th – 12th

Arena Sports Adult Leagues are more than just a game—they’re a way to connect, compete, and celebrate a shared passion for soccer. Our Men’s, Women’s, and Coed leagues are designed to foster a spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship, offering top-notch facilities, experienced referees, and plenty of opportunities for post-game socializing. Whether you’re a seasoned player, returning to the field after a break, or simply looking to stay active, join one of our 5 locations that provide the perfect environment to hone your skills, challenge yourself, and build lasting friendships.

A-Level: Highest Level, Very Competitive
B-Level: Moderately Competitive
C-Level: Recreational / Some Soccer Experience
D-Level: Recreational / Little or No Soccer Experience
Coed Beginner: New to Soccer

  1. A non-refundable deposit of $100 (plus tax) is due one week prior to the season start date. The deposit is applied towards the team fee.  They will be refunded ONLY if the league does not form.
  2. Some leagues will need to be played at both Arena Sports Issaquah & Redmond so please designate your home facility during registration.
  3. Must be at least 16 years of age and have parental permission to participate in any Arena Sports adult program. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  4. The earliest game time can be 5:40 pm and the latest at 11:00pm
  5. There is a 12-game minimum for Winter I, Winter II, and Spring seasons; 7 game minimum for Summer and Fall seasons
  6. All players must obtain an Arena Sports membership, $65/Individual ($130 Family). Players without a membership or one that is expired are ineligible to play an Adult League game.  Substitute players may purchase a one-day temporary membership instead of an annual membership.
  7. All participants must have a current waiver on file. This can be done online or in person.  Waivers are valid for one year
  8. Any individual can join a House Team. Payment must be made when being added to the roster. House Teams are first come, first served! (8-player minimum, 12-player maximum; for coed leagues, 6 male and 6 female players maximum)
  9. SHIN GUARDS AND SOCKS ARE REQUIRED to play. NO OUTDOOR CLEATS allowed.

Public Service Announcement: Respect Your Refs!

At Arena Sports, our goal is to promote a fun, soccer-loving community. Confronting and verbally abusing referees can often lead to cards, which is no fun for anyone. It’s not realistic to expect a referee to call a perfect match – just like it’s not realistic to expect that players, will PLAY a perfect match. If you have a question regarding a referee’s decision, ask them to explain it in a polite, non-confrontational way during half-time or after the match. The best way to send feedback is through our referee eval form. Positive feedback is always welcomed as well!
