Rescheduling Process

Once Arena Sports publishes the schedule, the following process governs rescheduling games:

1) Contact the opposing coach via e-mail notifying them of your conflict at least 1 week before the scheduled game. All coaches' e-mails will be provided to the team's managers after the final schedules are posted. 

2)  Log onto our website using your e-mail address that we have on file. If you have never logged on before, you will need to have a temporary password e-mailed to you by pressing "Password look-up": My SAM log-in:

3)  Click on the Facility Schedule on the left hand side of your screen.

4)  Click on EVENT TYPE: Block

5) Choose a date until a BLOCK becomes available that will work for both teams. Once you have decided on a date/time, please e-mail your decision to the Arena Sports youth league manager at: red-youthschedules@arenasports.net  (This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it.)  

*Arena Sports must have a minimum of 3 days notice to reschedule the game.

6)  The game slots are first come, first served so whoever e-mails first saying they have decided on a particular slot, will get the slot.

7) Once the game has been moved, an email will be sent to both coaches. BOTH coaches must contact the League Director via email to confirm the rescheduled game date and time to have the game rescheduled.  Assuming the time slot is still available; Arena Sports will affirm the change and officially change the schedule.

Please Note: Until your game is officially scheduled, available times are not guaranteed to be available, as other teams or Arena Sports customers may book the time slot at any time until the both coaches confirm and the time is scheduled.
